2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on servers in Germany by 1blu GmbH, Riedemannweg 60, 13627 Berlin, Germany. When you access the website, technically necessary access data is processed, in particular your IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably and to prevent attacks on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server log files are deleted after no more than 14 days unless a security incident requires longer retention. Further information: 1blu privacy policy.

3. Online reservations via resvo

The booking page embeds the resvo reservation form. When you open this page, your browser connects directly to my.resvo.de. Technically necessary access data, such as your IP address, browser information, date and time, is transmitted to resvo.

When you make a reservation, the data you enter, in particular your name, contact details, number of guests, date, time and any message, is processed to handle and fulfil your reservation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. resvo supports us as a technical service provider in this processing. Where a reservation requires a deposit or card guarantee, resvo engages Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland, as a subprocessor. Payment details are collected directly by Stripe; we and resvo receive only the identifiers and status data needed for the reservation and payment status. 4. Cookies and local storage

This website itself does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Where the embedded online reservation uses technically necessary cookies or similar storage technologies, these are used to provide the reservation function you requested in accordance with Sect. 25(2) TDDDG. This website does not use advertising tracking.

5. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Independent State Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein.
